PART 2: Art for the heart – going down the memory lane

4) Close your eyes and take a few moments to picture your favourite place. A place or a memory that makes you happy.

5) Create this place still with your eyes closed. Continue until you feel that there is nothing more to add.

If you do this as a group take a moment to share your journey and artwork. If you do this exercise on your own take a moment to reflect.


OPTIONAL: Create a second piece using the same art material and the same place or memory but now with your eyes open.


Here is my memory of me and dad by our lake. We had a little wooden rowing boat that we use to go out in.
