“Slow me” travelling to UNHCR – Geneva

So 2010 ended with celebrations, events and gatherings. One particularly exciting event saw my painting “Slow me”, a portrait of artist and friend Mudibu travelling to Geneva, along with the artist himself. It was the 60th anniversary of UNHCR – the UN Refugee Agency and Mudibu was invited to play a gig on the 14th of Dec with the painting as a massive 4mx4m projection on the stage.

“Slow me” was inspired by the calm spiritual nature of the artist himself and the music video with the same name, directed by Dean Loxton.
